Engineering is a branch in engineering that applies the knowledge of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Economics to design, process and transform raw materials into economically useful products.
It ventures into processes like instrumentation, process design and control, energy, mass transfer, Unit Process and other unit operations.

अभियांत्रिकी ही अभियांत्रिकीमधील एक शाखा आहे जी कच्च्या मालाची रचना, प्रक्रिया आणि आर्थिकदृष्ट्या उपयुक्त उत्पादनांमध्ये रूपांतर करण्यासाठी गणित, भौतिकशास्त्र, रसायनशास्त्र, जीवशास्त्र आणि अर्थशास्त्र यांचे ज्ञान लागू करते.
हे इन्स्ट्रुमेंटेशन, प्रक्रिया डिझाइन आणि नियंत्रण, ऊर्जा आणि वस्तुमान हस्तांतरण, युनिट प्रक्रिया आणि इतर युनिट ऑपरेशन्स यासारख्या प्रक्रियेत काम करते

Due to the wide variation of system sizes, water quality, and dosages applied, some of these advantages and disadvantages may not apply to all systems.
